Many HR-professionals and large training institutes, corporate labor market advisors, career coaches and corporate HR departments, talk about skilling, reskilling & upskilling. What they actually mean is internal skilling for a future of work in their own large organisations.
Because as as a tradtional training institute, including their teachers, they understand this with their teaching materials and that is how they earn their money. Or ‘earned’ you should say in the old normal economy.
But what you should focus on is fast and just-in-time personal right-skilling. What is personal right-skilling?

What I have been doing as an ‘online plan-b’ since 2001, since the end of 2011 since I have to pay for training myself and especially since the start op the Covid-19 pandemic, is to make personal right-skilling plans and continuously adjust those plans.
