From the start of the Internet and even more so since the start of the Corona pandemic worldwide, our economy has increasingly become an on-demand economy . What exactly is the on-demand economy ?

The on-demand economy is a mainly digital economy in which people want to be able to order, receive and use more and more services and products on demand (just-in-time).

It does not matter whether it concerns the ordering, delivery or use of physical goods or digital services and digital products. It all has to be instant and on-demand.
