Hybrid working is a type of flexible working where senior executives, managers and employees split their working hours between the formal workplace, the office, and working remotely at home for instance.
The good news is that there is already a lot of experience with hybrid working, working at home, and other forms of remote working since the beginning of the Nineties of the last century in innovative corporates and multinationals worldwide and by online entrepreneurs working at home for instance or as digital nomad since the year 2001.
