Morning,

since the beginning of the Covid-91, there is a lot of talk online and offline around different types of ‘mindsets’ including for instance an ‘entrepreneurial mindset’ that you need to have to start your own company online for instance. But what is mindset?

What is a mindset?

A mindset is a frame of mind, a collection of personal thoughts, personal beliefs and personal values that in turn shape our thought habits. And these in their turn affect how we think, what we feel, what we do and our  attitude.

To be successfull as a manager in a large corporate of in another large traditional organisation requires a specific mindset. If you want be a successful independent entrepreneur and survive this Covid-19 pandemic, then that requires a completely different mindset from the first examples of functions and roles all together.
